Yes, Bubbles-N-Biscuits Mobile Pet Grooming is accepting new clients! 

We can accept clients who can be on a regular 4-week or 6-week schedule. We are also able to schedule "on-demand" appointments but there is limited availability, depending on your area. Please contact us for more information. 

How often a pet is groomed depends on a number of factors.  On average, dogs should be groomed every four to six weeks.  If you prefer not be burdened with daily brushing, your dog should be groomed more often.  If you like to keep your dog's coat trimmed short, you may be able to get away with more time between professional grooming sessions.  It also depends on your dog's breed, coat type, and how much time it spends outside.  Please contact us for a personal consultation.

Cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment time.  Being a mobile service we only take 4 to 6 grooming appointments per groomer, per day.  A last minute cancellation cannot be refilled, resulting in lost income.  There is a $35 fee per pet for a less than 48 hr cancellation and a $75 per pet last minute cancellation fee (less than 24 hours). If you are not home when we arrive for your scheduled and confirmed appointment, you will be assessed the full charge of the scheduled appointment for each pet. 

If requested to wait for you to arrive or to return home (please let us know if you have to leave), there will be a $15 per 15 minute charge.  Thanks for your understanding!

We are able to groom small, medium, and some large breed dogs.  We have hydraulic tables and a ramp to get the dogs into the tub.  If your dog is over our weight limit, is uncooperative, doesn't stand for the entire groom, and/or will not walk the ramp into the tub, then you will be charged the minimum service and travel charge and for whatever services were performed. We will make every effort possible to get them into tub. However, if your pet has hip or mobility issues, we may not be able to groom them due to safety reasons for both your pet and our groomers.  We do not use muzzles, therefore, we do not groom aggressive or combative dogs. We do not offer long trims (no longer than 1 inch) in our mobile units for all full-sized or mini doodles (Poodles, Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Bernedoodles, etc.) or Lagotto Romagnolos.

Until we get to know you and your pet, we prefer that you be home while Bubbles-N-Biscuits Mobile Pet Grooming is at your home.  Once we have developed a relationship (1-2 visits) we can make arrangements to groom your pet even if you aren't home.  Please ask for more details.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.  Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  There is a $35 service charge fee for all returned checks.  When you write a check to Bubbles-N-Biscuits Mobile Pet Grooming you agree to pay this fee should your check be returned for any reason. 

Our fees for our standard grooming service are all inclusive.  You are paying for a specialized service.  For approximately $25-$45 more (on average) than a local high end grooming shop, your pet receives individualized attention and high quality products.  Our service is performed in a much calmer environment, resulting in less stress to your pet.  They are not separated from your home all day.  Their exclusive grooming experience will be completed in less than two hours (on average)! In addition to that, you have the convenience of not having to leave your home or use your time and vehicle/gas to transport your pet. Some grooming shops have an extra charge for grooming services completed in less than 4 hours!  You can rest assured that you and your pet are getting the very best service available!

Bubbles-N-Biscuits Mobile Pet Grooming is a completely self-contained unit.  The salon has a fresh water tank and a grey water tank on board.   This unit runs on generator power while at your home, so you won't have to worry about providing electricity or blowing a circuit.
